Quick and easy version of a classic!
Ingredients
- Leg of lamb
- Bahh Bahh Q
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven, BBQ or smoker to 180c
- Pat dry lamb
- Cost with olive oil
- Sprinkle lamb with Bahh Bahh Q, ensure you cover all sides including the ends
- You can substitute Bahh Bahh Q with Peri Peri Rub or Cluck N Grunt
- Remember the flavors will intensify during cooking and the herbs will form a beautiful herbed crust, don't go to heavy handed with the rubs
- Leave lamb on bench while oven/BBQ heats up
- Place lamb uncovered on a wire rack/tray or directly onto cooking surface
- Use a cooking thermometer until desired temp is reached
Rare - 60c
Med - Rare - 60 - 65c
Medium 65-70c
Med - Well done 70c
Well done - 75c
Always rest min 10-20 mins - Serve with roast vegies
Tips
Cooking times will vary but as a guide allow 25 min per 500g
