Quick and easy version of a classic!

Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb
  • Bahh Bahh Q
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven, BBQ or smoker to 180c
  2. Pat dry lamb
  3. Cost with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle lamb with Bahh Bahh Q, ensure you cover all sides including the ends
  5. You can substitute Bahh Bahh Q with Peri Peri Rub or Cluck N Grunt
  6. Remember the flavors will intensify during cooking and the herbs will form a beautiful herbed crust, don't go to heavy handed with the rubs
  7. Leave lamb on bench while oven/BBQ heats up
  8. Place lamb uncovered on a wire rack/tray or directly onto cooking surface
  9. Use a cooking thermometer until desired temp is reached
    Rare - 60c
    Med - Rare - 60 - 65c
    Medium 65-70c
    Med - Well done 70c
    Well done - 75c

    Always rest min 10-20 mins
  10. Serve with roast vegies
